This is my first post to my live journal.... It is in response to Lori's trip to Kansas City, and her work in the community nation wide.
"Lori, I mentioned this yesterday, but wanted to put it here, too. I want to honor you and the work you are doing to build "family" and to help us all find our tribe. I love the word "tribe" because it is the closest thing to how I feel about the connection(s) that are lacking in our current culture. Tribal traditions, standards and morals, and a sense of belonging are some of the things you are representing and promoting. The other major thing you are putting out there, over and over, is that we are here to have joy. We are here to support each other in having fun, sharing love, and experiencing pleasure. Thank you."
